After Your Event
Store your flowers in a vase with water. Please do not refrigerate your flowers.
Flower drop off must occur within 3 days of your event.
Stay tuned! Turn around times vary based upon a variety of factors including flower type, items ordered, etc. Typical turn around time is 3 months.
What’s Happening to Your Flowers?
Your flowers are dried in a silica compound over a 2–4 week period depending on moisture levels. Certain flowers will not dry and will not be able to be preserved, including but not limited to berries, succulents, tropical flowers, etc.
The drying process we utilize will hold the flower’s shape, color, and features to the best of it’s ability. Some discoloration/change in shape will occur as the moisture is removed from the flowers, including but not limited to: white flowers turning cream; yellowing or browning, red/pink/purple flowers darkening, orange flowers turning brown/purple, greenery browning, or general bruising/discoloration.
Resin Pouring/Framing:
Once dried we choose the best flowers for your chosen piece(s) to frame/preserve in resin. Not all flowers supplied will be used, to get the most out of your bouquet we would encourage you to choose piece(s) that match the size of the items chosen. Any remaining flowers are not returned.
We arrange the flowers in a way that best serves the piece, because this is botanical art no two pieces look the same. Resin is heated, mixed, and poured in layers.
Getting Started
To start: submit a request on the website with your desired date and items selected.
You’ll be contacted with a quote and a disclosure form to sign prior to your event acknowledging the process.
A $200 deposit is mandatory for all projects and must be settled prior to your event date. Your date is not reserved until the $200 deposit is submitted. Currently, we accept payments in cash or by card, PA 6% Sales Tax Applies.
A last minute booking fee of $50 is required for preservation requests submitted the day of, or anytime after the event.
After receiving the deposit, a drop off day/time will be coordinated. Additional fees may apply to any flower drop off/pick up outside of a 10 mile radius.
The Process
Pick Up:
The turnaround time of your pieces depends on many factors including how your flowers dry, volume of pieces ordered, and specifics of the resin pour required for the mold. Typical turnaround time is 4-6 months after we receive your flowers.
A pick up day/time is arranged once we are 1–2 weeks out from completing your pieces. We can meet up within a 10 mile radius of Dover, PA.
Any remaining balance is due prior to or at pick up.

Care:
Resin items can be cleaned with a damp towel and are not dishwasher safe. Framed art can be cleaned with glass cleaning spray.
Exposing any resin art to heat or direct sunlight will promote premature aging. Just like your favorite t-shirt, over time you will notice yellowing/discoloration of the resin and/or your flowers, this is natural and to be expected.
Exposing your piece to heat, direct sunlight, or humid/wet environments (i.e. bathroom by the shower) can promote premature aging, discoloration, etc. As able, share your piece in a climate controlled area with indirect sunlight.
